Arthur Poillon, Lucian, unknown officer

Arthur Poillon (1876 - 1949) was a member of the military from his 1898 enlistment for the Spanish-American War. The relationship between Arthur Poillon and Adeline & Lucian isn't certain. It likely, though, connects to Poillon's pre-military career in the woolen commission business working with Collins, Downing and Co. in New York City. Since Collins, Downing & Co. changed to Downing, Clark & Co. around 1900, it's quite possible the two men worked together.

Unsure about the location or who is on the horse to the right, but likely Lucian is on the left as that person is wearing the same outfit as Lucian in #5
