The photographs on this page are of the Clark family, the Lyons family (Julia Clark's family), and others, but there are few captions, so many identities are best guesses.

Eugene Clark (1837 - 1925) and Julia Gurley Lyons Clark (1840 - 1906) are the parents of Lucian and his sisters Mary Alice Clark (1860-1928) and Grace Clark (1862 - 1920). Neither of the daughters married.

Prob. Mary E. (Lyons) Hovey - Julia's sister, Julia Clark, Lucian, unknown, Eugene Clark

The rest of the photographs have a few unknown people, but they include Julia Clark or Eugene Clark - or both. In many ways, Julia Clark seems like a very eccentric person and one whose diary would have been truly interesting to read.

In these photographs  - possibly taken on the upper deck of a boat - the only person identifiable is Julia Clark, who is in the knitted shawl and white hat. Despite having a strong resemblence to Julia, the woman in mourning probably isn't Julia's sister Mary as these photographs would have been taken at least 15 years after her second husband died. It's also not Julia's mother since she died at least 20 years before this picture would have been taken.

My best guess is that Julia is the woman on the right in each photograph. in part due to her outrageous hats.

Julia and Eugene Clark.

While there is no date indicated in the album, I think that because of her appearance, it's likely that the three photographs below were taken in 1906 not long before Julia's death in November.
